
A Master Chef, awarded by the American Food Network, for 20 years Katherine Dabrowski owned the Polish restaurant, Polka, in Los Angeles, California. The popular place was always packed with folks who love the gourmet food and cheerful atmosphere.
In 2011 Katherine returned to Warsaw, Poland. There, she offered fancy caterings and Healthy Cooking Workshop, mostly for American embassy personnel.
In spring 2018 she and her family moved to the UK. In Banbury she soon will open a café Visit and Taste, serving selected gourmet meals focused on superb taste and health.
The Healthy Cooking Workshop was a “hand-on” cooking activity for all participants, learning to prepare the following meals.
